Colleen is a “Jersey Girl” in the truest sense of the word. She grew up in Perth Amboy where both her parents were teachers in the school system. She learned early in life that hard work and dedication were the road to success. She was a tournament skater for 20 years and amassed more than a few medals. After high school, she won a full scholarship to the Katherine Gibbs School and then started her career working for a multi-national company.  Eventually she began a successful career as a Realtor, working her way to becoming a top performer. It is this work ethic and the day-to-day experience of working with people that has given her the ability and desire to provide a warm and inviting place for anyone who walks through the Café door.
